This guide includes 10 case studies looking at housing specifically designed for old age across sheltered, nursing and care home types.

HAPPI - Housing our Older Population Panel for InnovationThe HAPPI report was produced by an independent panel of Experts for the Housing and Communities Agency (UK Government - executive non-departmental public body) in 2009.
